About Our Sewing Classes
Classes available for all levels, experience and interests:
Monday night: Absolute beginners
Tuesday night: Intermediate
Wednesday night: Absolute beginners
Thursday morning: Intermediate to advanced
Saturday morning: Pattern making and fitting
All classes are held in the sewing studio at the shop. There is a variety of sewing machines and overlockers for you to use, or you may bring your own.
Learn to sew in air conditioned comfort at Bargain Box Fabrics.
Dressmaking classes available for all levels of experience, from beginners to more experienced sewers.
Tea, coffee and biscuits supplied.
Discount applies for paying in advance for 6 week period.
All students are eligible for a 10% discount on all supplies (excluding patterns) sold by Bargain Box during the Sewing Course
Free use of sewing lounge during sewing course.
About the teachers:
Helen, owner of Bargain Box Fabrics is a qualified Home Economics teacher with many years teaching experience. She has always had a passion for fabrics and sewing.
Andrea, also a Home Economics teacher loves to share her extensive knowledge of sewing with others.
